HOW TO APPLY TO THE GENERAL SURGICAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM

1. Register with the National Resident Matching Program.

2. Complete the National Resident Matching Program's Universal Application for Residency.

3. Have your Dean's Letter, transcripts, and 3 letters of recommendation from physicians familiar with your work sent to the Lahey Medical Center Department of General Surgery Residency Office.

4. International Medical Graduates: You must have a valid ECFMG certificate in order to be considered for the Lahey Medical Center Residency Program in General Surgery.
