Diffun is one of the municipality of Quirino Province. It has a thirty-three(33) barangays. The municipality belongs to the 3rd Class. It has an area of 352.80 sq. km. The latest data BNS survey, its population is 42,588. Its official flower is the Sampaguita. July 2, 1950 is the foundation day of Diffun.
