Florentino,
70, launches new online home
Philippine writer Albert Florentino re-launched
his official Internet homepage last July 28, 2001, on his
70th birthday. Titled "Ilustrado," the site features writings,
research, the collections, anthologies, files, memoirs, and
notes of the respected writer.

In related Florentino news, the De La Salle
University Press released the Florentino-edited "The Essential
Arcellana," an expanded edition of the National Artist's "Storymaster
5: 15 Short Stories; Selected Stories: Francisco Arcellana."
The DLSU Press is set to release Florentino's 1990s works,
which include Palaver! ("Sambala Ka Lang!"), and a reprise
of "Que Sera Sera": the Past as Prologue," first published
in ERAPtion (1994).
