I just finished second year of an Undergraduate degree in physics at the University of Alberta. I received an NSERC grant to work at the University of Regina in the SPARRO group.

As part of my lab class in second year, we got to build superconductors, which I then used as my final oral presentation. To see a picture of our superconductor displaying the Meissner effect, click here. The superconductivity stuff is at the end of the page. The photographs are care of Alfred Whitehead, my friend and lab partner.
