Crocheted Hat Pattern #2

Here is a great crochet pattern for a hat. You will crochet many of these hats, as they use very basic sts in this pattern.

Level:
easy

Tools required:
3mm crochet hook
4ply baby wool

Instructions:
ch 6, join with sl st to form ring.
Rnd 1 - ch3, 11 dc in ring. Join with sl st in top of ch3
Rnd 2 - ch3, 1 dc in same st as ch3, 2dc in each st. Join with sl st in top of ch3
Rnd 3 - ch3, 1dc in same st as ch3, *1dc in next 2 sts, 2dc in next 3sts, rep from * to last st, 2dc. Join with sl st in top of ch3
Rnd 4 to 8 - ch4, *sk 1dc, dc in next st, ch1, rep from * to end. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of ch4
Rnd 9 - ch3, dc in front loops of all sts to end. Join with sl st to top of ch3
Rnd 10 - ch3, dc in each st. Join with sl st in top of ch3.
Fasten off. Weave in all ends.

OPTIONAL:
You may like to add a pompom to the top of the hat.
