HOW TO ORDER

You may place your order by: When ordering, please provide your:
  • name and address, line for line exactly as it should appear on a
    mailing label (six lines maximum, correct capitalization, etc.)
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number
  • description* and quantities of items desired
    *Be sure to specify color(s) of poly-pads desired.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

I am unable to accept payments by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

You may pay either:
  • via PayPal.com to mkimber@centurylink.net
    (required for customers outside the U.S.)
    PLEASE include a note with the name used
    when placing the order if different from the
    account name.
    or
  • by check or money order, in U.S. funds only,
    drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Michael Kimber.
    PLEASE include a memo with the name used
    when placing the order if different from the
    account name.
    or
  • via Western Union
    or
  • in cash (U.S. dollars)
    If you send cash by mail, registered mail is recommended.


SHIPPING CHARGES
  • within the U.S.:
    You will be notified by email of the total amount due, including
    the cost of shipping by USPS Ground Advantage.

  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
    You will be notified by email of the total amount due, including
    the cost of shipping by First Class (slow) or Priority (expensive).
