HOW TO ORDER

You may place your order by: When ordering, please provide your:
  • name and address, line for line exactly as it should appear on a
    mailing label (six lines maximum, correct capitalization, etc.)
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number
  • description* and quantities of items desired
    *Be sure to specify color(s) of poly-pads desired.
     If no poly-pad color is specified, grey will be assumed.
If ordering by regular mail, please include full payment, including
the shipping charges specified below.
Iowa residents please include 6% Iowa state sales tax.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

I am unable to accept credit card payments.

You may pay either:
  • via PayPal.com to mkimber@centurylink.net
    (required for customers outside the U.S.)
    PLEASE include a note with your name if it is
    different from the name of the PayPal account.
    or
  • by check or money order in U.S. funds only,
    drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Michael Kimber
    or
  • via Western Union
    or
  • in cash (U.S. dollars)
    If you send cash by mail, registered mail is recommended.

SHIPPING CHARGES
  • within the U.S.:
    You will be notified by email of the total amount due, including
    the actual cost of shipping. It is no longer possible to use a formula
    based on the number of items ordered.
    Retailers can reduce shipping cost and pay less per item by ordering
    poly-pads unbagged instead of individually bagged.

  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
    You will be notified by email of the total amount due, including
    the actual cost of shipping by First Class (slow) or Priority (expensive).
