Download the Membership Form now, Mail it and receive the Previlages of becoming an Member of SMC. Please ensure that all fields are filled. Membership card will be processed after reviewing a membership request and will be distributed during our club's next gathering session. Please include a self addressed envelop with a stamp afix if you wish to receive the card via post. Membership will be process and the card issued Quarterly (Jan, April, July and December), Upon Receipt of membership form, Applicant will receive a confirmation letter via email at month end with a "Temporary" membership card attached. It can be printed for temporary usage at our PRS till the Actual Membership Card is Issued. Each Temp membership will be valid for 3 month or less according to the date it is issued till the Actual Membership Card is process during the stipulated months. (In Jan, Apr, Jul & Oct yearly)
