THE APPALOOSA HORSE CLUB UK LTD
The Appaloosa horse would be lost forever but for the
foresight of Claude Thompson, of Oregon, who started the ApHC in 1938 with only
a handful of stock. Now with over 600,000 registered horses, the Appaloosa
is flourishing, and registrations exceed 10,000 each year in the USA.
 | The Appaloosa Horse Club UK Ltd has recently been formed in order to
promote and preserve the Appaloosa. |
| ApHC UK Ltd passports are fully recognised by MAFF and the European
Commission, and it is the ONLY official Appaloosa organisation
affiliated to the ApHC in Britian. |
| It is the aim of the ApHC UK to provide new members with an ever
increasing programme of events to aid their enjoyment of the Appaloosa horse
in any way possible. |
