Grammar Problem (mistake):

Fifth-Third should be pronounced five-thirds, which is actually a fraction.  Five-thirds is an improper fraction. It should be one and two-thirds.

Correction:

One and Two-Thirds Bank.  If they want to keep it a fraction and not a mixed number, they could make it Three-Fifths Bank.  Or, as a teacher at our school reminded us, Third Bank and Fifth Bank have merged, so if they used addition, they could make themselves Eighth Bank.
