Cream together quick strawberry flavored mix, sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in egg and lemon juice. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to mixture. Mix well.

Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board and cut out with any shape cookie cutter.Bake in a preheated 350 oven on ungreased sheets for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly and remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Tip: I sometimes add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or strawberry flavoring for added flavor.
