Identity:Master swordman, weilder of Hikari no Ken, Lina's devoted bodyguard
Role in Slayers:comic relief, major character
Honorary Titles:Jellyfish brains, yogurt brains, Gourry-sama(Shilfiel)
Misc.:Gourry appears in the first episode of Slayers, saving Lina from bandits. As is soon obvious, Gourry is rather... slow, shall we say. He doesn't have much respect for Lina at first (he sees her as a little kid) but by the end of TRY they're very close, we even see them kiss (at the end of NEXT). Gourry may be bested in IQ by a jellyfish, but he's basically a sweet, honest guy :)
