The Burroughs Home is a Georgian Revival Mansion built in 1901. Located in downtown Fort Myers next to the Edison Bridge overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, considered a prestigious area at the turn of the century.

A "Living History" tour is given by guides costumed in style of the WWI era. They portray members of the Burroughs family as they were when they purchased the house in 1918. The home makes a perfect setting for weddings, luncheons and special events. Call 941-332-6125 for information.

The Imaginarium Hands On Museum and Aquarium offers exhibits for all ages including a hurricane simulator, wide screen theater, alligator lagoon, dino dig and preschool area. Museum store, food service and convenient parking. Group rates anf tour with reservation.

Eastwood Golf Course

Located in the old Atlantic Coastline Railroad depot, the Fort Myers Historical Museum has exhibits covering the history of Southwest Florida. Also, on display is a private Pullman car, the ESPERANZA, and a 1900s Cracker House replica.
