When I was 17 I accquired an eight months old Black Labrador 'Shane', he had been
mistreated and had no trust for anyone, but underneath that I could tell what sort of dog he would have been. I had never
had a Lab before, he got me hooked, I went out and bought my first one. I got her quite cheap because she was 'speckled',
her legs were a brindled colour. I thought it was cute!
