The release date for the Blur box-set has been delayed as artwork for it has yet to be completed.
The British paper 'The Observer' has given away a free CD with 7 Blur tracks and special footage of interviews with the band.
Alex James has spoken out about rumours of the band's split up. He has once again stated that the band will not split, and that when Damon said 'they will be doing something else' did not imply a break up.
This year's Mercury Music Prize winner has been announced. Unfortunately, Blur did not win it. The winner was Asian fusionist Talvin Singh with his album 'OK.' Other favourites who missed out on this award were Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Chemical Brothers and Beth Orton.
A Blur exhibition, Blur:X will be held this week in London. The admission is free of charge, and fans will be able to wander around the exhibition centre on the Blur:X exhibition on the official website. Rare items from videos and from each member will be available on auction, and other Blur items such as records, videos, documentaries, and even Graham's artwork will be on display.
Blur will play a show at Wembley on December 11, playing all their songs in chronological order. A special b-sides show will also be held in Camden on 6 September
