Kojirou is the male half of Team Rocket. Even though he comes off as incompetent, he is rather intelligent. He comes up with many plans to capture Pikachuu, but all but all his attempts fail.

Kojirou's childhood was a strange one. He grew up in a large mansion with his mother and father. When his parents suddenly choose him a fianceé, known as Jessebelle (who is similar in appearance and personality to Musashi), Kojirou runs away from home and joins up with Team Rocket, a band of thieves who work for Sakaki, gym leader of Viridian City.

Kojirou has three Pokémon. For Christmas he recieved Dogaasu (Koffing), which eventually evolved into Matadogasu (Weezing). Somehow he also captured Utsudon (Weepinbell), which evolved into Utsubotto (Victreebel) at Kosaburou and Yamato's Team Rocket scandal breeding center. He also has a Gaadi (Growlithe) named Growlie, who stays with his parents and lives in its very own mansion!

Kojirou dreams of capturing Satoshi's Pikachuu and becoming filthy stinking rich. Even when he's not making an attempt to steal Pikachuu, he's always thinking of ways to get cash. He could always just ask his parents for money, but sometimes I guess it's better to earn it than to just receive it!
