Outlook Express will not load from web browser

Procedure
- There are 2 ways this procedure can be carried out try the first
one, if this does not work try the second procedure.
- Close Internet Explorer down then go to Start, Run and type
this command.
msimn.exe / reg
Then Press OK.
Reboot the computer and try again.
- If the above did not work then you may need to specify the
exact path where msimn.exe is stored try the following;
Close Internet Explorer down then go to Start, Run and
type this command (with the quotes)
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg
(Make sure this is the path to msimn.exe on customers machine.)
Then click OK.
Reboot the computer and try again
