How to clean up files.
Procedure
In Outlook Express goto tools and select options. Click on the
maintenance tab.
Get the customer to click on clean up now. They will then be presented
with the screen below. They can then choose to clean up certain
groups or accounts as they choose but please advise the customer
that they are on their on as to what they choose to "clean up".
If you click on browse you will be presented with the screen below,
you can choose which news account or newsgroup you wish to clean
up.
