As the Christmas meal is such a popular event the committee have arranged a Summer Fork Buffet at the Corinthian Restaurant, Stevenage Leisure Centre. This will be free for members and £10 for non-members. Please complete the form that accompanied your Newsletter so that we can plan for numbers.

Applied Kinesiology ( pronounced kin-easy-ology) is the science of muscle testing in relation to all bodily functions. Massage, nutritional advice, tests for food allergies are just some of the subjects covered. Sylvie gave a talk to the Breast Cancer Support Group a while ago which was very well received hence our request for her to visit us. This should be a really interesting and informative meeting so do try to come along. Don’t forget that you are welcome to bring guests so if you have a friend or relative who has back problems allergies etc. bring them with you.
