any legal scd food can be rotated though the nutritionally positive to nutritionally very negative depending on cooking, season, growing conditions and storage and an unthinking attitude to this is one of the reasons the diet is uneven in its success

some butchers illegally add sulphites to mince to stop rapid discolouration and spoiling, sulphites waste the b vitamin thiamine
