Residue:

From the ashes of sludge giants MOLEHILL, RESIDUE was formed in June 2000. A
gritty mixture of low-tuned power dirges and dynamic FX-washed jams, the true
birth of the band came at the annual Milwaukee Metal Fest where they were
well-recieved. A demo cd was recorded a short time later and imediately
gained recognition. Although production quality of the demo was low, one
track "Earth" managed to see it's way onto vinyl, courtesy of Berserker
Records. Several prominent on-line zines, (Roadburn, Daredevil,
Stonerrock.com, GL Productions) gave the demo cd good reviews. The band has
yet to release a full-length, but plans are in order for a summer release.
