Appearence and Background:  Mr. Calhoun bought out the interests of the old CEO of NAW and decided to form his own company.  Getting in contact with the suits of UWA he formed the farming federation for it.  Thus, NcW was born.  Although he is the Chairman, he is not above roughing it up with the superstars if he needs to.  He rules the Fed. with an iron fist, and lets everybody here know there is just One Way....His Way.
