Naples Cove at Bay Forest, Naples, Florida- A 2 bedroom, 2 bath turnkey furnished luxury condo available for rent on an annual, seasonal or monthly
basis. An owner supplied rental application and lease agreement must be
completed and signed before a rental will be confirmed and arrangements made for
possession. Rent is due upon the signing and return of the lease
agreement. The current rental charges in US Dollars are:

$3,000.00 per month (January, February or March)
$2,500.00 per month (April, May, November, December)
$2,000.00 per month (June, July, August, September and October)
$2,000.00 per month for annual rental
$1,500.00 Security Deposit (due on or before possession)
$90.00 Cleaning Fee (due on or before possession)

All rates are plus the 3%
Collier County local Tourist and 6%
State of Florida sales tax. These taxes are not collected on rentals
