We bought a day pass, and started by going to Olympic Park at homebush, on the Ferry.
It was really interesting, but very quiet there. We did a bus
tour around the park,
we were the only ones in a large air-conditioned bus.

The Aquatic Centre. This was beautiful, and we were quite sad
that we hadn't taken our togs,
especially as it was a very hot day.
After Olympic park, we took a fast train back to Sydney, as
we still had time left
we took a ferry to Darling
Habour. We had expected a short trip, but enden up with
a small harbour cruise.

We took the Monorail
back to the centre of town, and then a light rail to Circular Quay,
and at last the ferry home, feeling we had got full value for our day pass.
