R.N.L.I Lifeboat, Small Harbour & Caravan/Camp Site

As you can see, the R.N.L.I Lifeboat House is situated in a very scenic area. The left side of the building has large double doors for a quick launch of the lifeboat, down onto the small slipway at the harbour. The carpark is open to the public and is a popular picnic area, with wooden bench seats and tables with barbecue facilities on the grassy area, just beyond the boat house.

The little harbour/slipway is quite popular for a spot of fishing and is where the lifeboat is launched

B.T.W the triangular shape above the guys head in the white T-shirt, is a metal sign attached to a pole on the wall beyond him. I think!

A excellent static and mobile, camping/caravan site is located overlooking the sea in the same complex. Should you find it hard to rise from your bed in the mornings while camping here, pick a spot just at the tide, if there is a incoming morning tide you are sure not to sleep in, it's not what you would call a sleepy, romantic sound!

The site holds around 20 touring vans and 4 tents
