Maritime Museum
Overlooking the harbour this building is actually the old Coastguard station.The museum has a lot of memorabilia etc on show from the area as well as photographs, models and equipment from current times. especially entertaining are several old letters to and from Irish lighthouse keepers, some funny but true stories will keep you amused in this section when your visit.
Opposite the museum is the "Innishowen Maritime Memorial" built in 1997 in remembrance of the people from the whole of Innishowen peninsula who lost their lives at sea.
