This is how Brown's Bay looks on the west side, looking towards Barrs Point. The ferry in the photo has just left Larne on it's way to Scotland
This time a view in an eastern direction. There is no road traveling to the left but a short walk will take you to Skernaghan Point where close-by a Rocking Stone thought to have existed since the ice age. The road leaving in this photo,would pass the turn-off for Port Muck and eventually would lead you out of the island. The road running behind from where this photo was taken would take you past the turn off for Mill Bay and on to Ballylumford at the neck of Larne Lough.
