International Shipping Information
Shipping times listed reflect the time it takes for the package to travel
from our warehouse to your door. To determine how long it will take
for your package to arrive from the moment of your order, add the
availability time to the shipping time.

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, an item marked as "usually shipped within 2 to 3 days"
and sent using WorldMail will usually leave our warehouse on the
2nd or 3rd business day and reach you on the 9th to 24th business
                       day.

A note about standard shipping: Packages sent via standard
shipping go by surface mail. Shipping time varies widely depending
on destination. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2
to 3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the U.K., 6 to 8 weeks to Japan
and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few.

                       What about customs?
We mark international packages as containing "Books--New" and
state the cost of the books on the customs documentation; if the
order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the
books is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able
to describe the contents in any other way.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you may want to contact your local customs
                       office for further information.
