Poker sponsorship.
Topic: Poker
This is very funny. Because it's all true:

Anything that is cheap and easy to televise will attract sponsorship money.

Sponsors want beautiful people to promote their shows, attract viewers and generate a return on capital.

You can't really expect them to lump money on old, fat, dysfunctional men. Can you?

Look at the number of empty seats at the World Snooker Championship this year. As soon as Ronnie O'Sullivan was knocked out then it was the big turn off on TV too.

Poker has matured. It's now part of the TV schedule. The fat loud mouthed blokes can go back to darts because they are never going to get a sponsorship deal in poker.

Money rules. On TV and in politics.

Now, pick the bits that you agree with or can refute. As per usual you can ignore the bits that you disagree with and have no answer to.

I said that the link was funny and true. Do you have a problem with that?
