Roger Bleep Modification
To disconnect the roger bleep remove C162. To switch the roger bleep connect a switch in line with one leg of C162. Altering the value of this capacitor changes the duration of the bleep.

Lazy Needle Modification
Short out either D7 or D8 and adjust VR1. DO NOT short out both D7 and D8.

Extra Bands
The diagram below shows the existing diodes which are used for selecting bands and the additional diodes to be added to give 2 higher bands and an extra lower band. However, only 22 channels of the extra lower band can be selected but changing the 15mhz crystal to a 14.460mhz will give the radio the same coverage (25.615-28.305mhz) as a Superstar 3900.

As far as I know all these modifications can be carried out on a Superstar 360 as well.
