Nine of our pre-signing "verbal commitments" for the 1999-2000 season are selected to represent the "best of the best" at the Hockey Night in Boston College Prospect Showcase on August 15-22, 1999.  Shown above are (first row L to R) Melissa Nirva, Anna VanderMarliere and Jaime VanMassenhove.  Standing (L to R) Melissa Wenzel, Brie Adams, Megan McLeod, Sarah Clark, Tina Ciraulo and Meghan Robson.  The reason we are in different jerseys is because they were afraid if we all ended up on the same team we would be UNSTOPPABLE so the Orange/White and Black represented the Great Lakes/Minnesota team while the Burgundy and Blue were on the Midwest team.
