The Second Annual Cake Bake will happen at the December 11 Pack meeting! This is a parent/scout activity/fundraiser in which you bake a cake together and decorate it with a theme. The cakes are then judged in various categories and then auctioned off at the Pack meeting. So start thinking of some really great ideas. Some of the most popular cakes, which brought in over $20.00 each were the Pokeman cake by the Luvisi’s and the Cowboy cake from the States’. All the donations are used to get a chartered bus for the Pack 154 Family Paoli Peaks Ski Trip on January 12, 2001! All scouts entering will receive a CakeBake patch as well as a certificate!!! Last years trip took over 55 happy skiers on the trip. If you have any questions please direct them to Paela Williams- Harris at Pammieinky@aol.com or call 228-4468.

The ski trip is set for January 12th on a Friday. The bus leaves at 3:30 PM and we typically arrive back at 11:45 PM. The sign up forms will be given

out at the Pack meeting. We will fill the charter bus on a first come -first served basis. The deposit is $20.00 which will cover lessons, rental, and

lift pass. I will try to keep this price the same as last year, but I do not have the contract yet. Last year, we had about 55 participants -- enough for one bus. I suspect two busses this year will fit our needs! Invite the

DEN LEADERS & ASSISTANTS/ COMMITTEE MEMBERS...December 14, St. John, upstairs room. Committee Chairman Chris States leads the meeting in a timely manner with discussion and information valuable to our Pack. We will discuss upcoming Pack meetings. Den leaders and their assistants are encourage to have representation at these meetings. All meetings will begin promptly at 6:30PM at St. John (upstairs room). As always, parents are invited and encouraged to attend. This year we will try to shorten the meetings by greater use of electronic distribution of information.
