JR Upset With WWE, Vince Lashes Out At Shane, more
Story By: Pat George
April 30, 2003

Vince McMahon is growing frustrated and insecure with the job he is doing with WWE as of late. It's gotten so bad to the point where McMahon is fearful that others in the company would like to see him give control of WWE to Stephanie and Shane McMahon. According to those close to the situation, Vince McMahon has been taken out all the frustrations of his job on his son Shane McMahon.

Jim Ross is said to be extremely upset to this day over a controversy that happened at the 3/18 SmackDown tapings in Kentucky. Apparently, Johnny Ace took over a lot of his duties to give Jim Ross somewhat of a break from the road. JR was in town on March 18 where SmackDown was being taped and went to produce Tazz and Michael Cole's commentary. However, after the first match, Vince McMahon came in and took over for the rest of the show. JR was upset and felt Vince should have told him before he started. According to some, JR still makes comments about the incident today.
