 
After 12 years in Silicon Valley (La Honda California), I came to Cornwall
by bus in 1999 to see a
total eclipse of the sun and have been here ever since looking for Merlin.
I am a 48 year old, self taught electronics design engineer/artist. Despite a few
good attempts at it ;-) I have no children, and it seems unlikely that I will now. Oh
well, such is life.
So with no biological children, what I refer to as "my babies" now, are the various
electronic designs completed during my chaotic
journey through life so far. Some of which are as old as 23 now, and
surprisingly seem
to function much better than I ever did at that
age.
I am going to try and make a record of my chaotic voyage here because it
might prove an interesting exercise in my own self development, and may even
prove interesting to others, WTF! stay tuned for more later, and in the meantime
check out my anecdotes. I love anecdotes and have acquired hundreds over the
years, at the end of the day life might be summed up as just a collection of
anecdotes. So my first stumbling attempt to organize the chaos is to make a
record of some of my more notorious anecdotes.
