 I found that dll on My CD of Microsoft 2000
 and zipped it for You.

 OR 
 if You rather find it then;
 and if You Have office CD, I went to
 
 start, Find, Files and Folders 
 [in named I typed] mfc42.dll
 [then selected in "Look in"]
 "D" or "E" drive or whatever Your drive #
 that has the Office CD;

 [Click] Find Now
 
 [ I found MIne in E:SQL\x86\system ]

 *********************************

 Now open My Zip or select Your "found" file

 [rt click on it and] copy DLL
 [Then, Open window explorer and go 
 to c:\windows\system\ Folder and 
 rt. click on it and select paste.
 
 Your done

 IF? You cannot see the DLL either way,
 then You should Open ANY folder and select
 View, folder options, view 
 [and change radio button "To show ALL files"]
 [when done; put radio button back to what it was]
