Third Program. This program runs by it self with out any other programs
or html pages (execpt the required pm files).
This program can be passed one or more filenames which should contain the email addresses
to send the emails to. It can also be passed a title line to display instead of
the default title.
Second Program. This program runs by it self with out any other programs

First Program. This progran does not run by itself and requires a form
to launch the program from.

I have created two test email files to use with the program.
the first file
krud.txt is the default file the
program looks for its email addresses in.
krud.txt
Contains 1700 email addresses of Arizona media contacts.
