I didn't see anything in Friday's article about the responsibility of his superiors. What were they doing during the past two years? In most organizations, there are procedures in place to ensure that assigned work is completed satisfactorily. Detective Brad Moore appears to be guilty, but I would suggest that his superiors must shoulder some of the blame. Jerry Emery Prescott
