TV footage showed the truck driving along the airport grounds and then tearing through a fence, which remained wrapped around the truck as police stopped it. The reason for the chase wasn't immediately clear. Sky Harbor officials released a statement saying there had been minor flight delays. Car traffic at the airport was back to normal, the statement said.
