the arizona republic inserted a several page pamphlet in the sunday republic which was paid for the state of arizona and was against drunk driving. one thing i found on the 2nd page that was interesting said: "You can refuse a breathalyzer test or blood draw. However .... a search warrent will be issued on the spot to draw your blood" hmmm... it looks like the fourth amendment has been flushed down the toiled in the for the sake of the DUI laws. just how is this justified??? also it appears when we talk about DUI were talking about $revenue$. new the end of the booklet it said that the DUI taskforce busted over 5,500 people this year. it also said the fine for first time DUI was $250 but they also hit you up for a $1,000 assement that the state uses to fund programs. hmmm thats over $5 million in revenue the DUI task force generates.
