Clarence David Hill, 57, had his first-degree murder conviction and death sentence overturned. Faced with a prospect of a new trial, the Fort Mohave man accepted an agreement that allowed him to plead guilty to second-degree murder and be sentenced to time already served. Hill's defense attorney Rick Williams, said his client still maintains his innocence in the 1989 death of his landlord. Williams said Hill is terminally ill.
