Michael Jack Woodall, 20, of Mesa, Paul Richard Butts, 36, of Apache Junction, and Kevin O'Rourke, 43, of Phoenix , were taken into custody Friday by the FBI, two days after a federal grand jury in Phoenix charged them each with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography. A conviction for distribution of child pornography has a maximum penalty of 20 years with a mandatory five-year minimum, a $250,000 fine or both. In 2000, the FBI, Phoenix division, began operating the Innocent Images Task Force to combat online predators. Since then, the task force has arrested 63 sex offenders and conducted 120 search warrants.
