When dry ice is illegal only criminals will have dry ice! State Press Tempe, Arizona Friday, March 3, 2006 An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly bought dry ice for seven juveniles at Basha's, 1761 E Warner Road. Police reported the man knew the juveniles were planning to use the dry ice tomake bombs. The man was allegedly present when one dry ice bomb was made and exploded. Reports compiled by Tara Brite.
