Ramon Fernando Borbon, 36, of Rio Rico, was taken into custody Thursday by Arizona Department of Public Safety officers after an investigation that began in September, according to a news release from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Borbon was a 15-year veteran assigned to the patrol division. He resigned Thursday.
