CHAPTER 6-MT. MOON HEIST II

                " What the heck are you doing here? ", one of the Rockets asked. " Get UP! " They got up, but Derek couldn't remember anything after that. He awoke in a stone chamber. It was a cell, for Derek could see the iron bars. His friends were gone, and so were his Poke Balls! He had to find them, especially Arcanine. He was his first Pokemon, and they've never been apart. He had to find his friends, but how would he get out, he thought. He went to see if the bars might be loose. He tugged and pulled in every direction he could. No luck. It was useless. He was trapped.

            He sat against the back wall, to wait for his turn to die. As he sat, the stone and gravel started to sift. All of a sudden, he was hanging for dear life. The wall had collapsed, revealing a small ledge, high above the digging going on below. He managed to pull himself up eventually.

            The ledge was just big enough for a person to walk along. He walked along, careful not to slip. He walked and walked, and eventually came to a point where the ledge was wider. First, he saw a door on the side. He then noticed a hallway. He walked through the door first.

            It was a small room, and there was a table in the middle of the room. On the table were five sets of Poke Balls. One set was his, for his were marked with blue circles. Jason's were yellow. He put them in his sack, with the other three sets. He wondered what the fifth was. He then noticed a small box marked, " TM ". He took this too. Finally, he took what seemed to be a map. He left the room quietly.

            He then started down the corridor. He had found his friends! " Jason! Here's your Poke Balls. " Jason sent out Kingler. " Kingler, Guillotine attack! " Kingler crushed the bars with little resistance. Derek gave every one else their Poke Balls, while Kingler broke them free. " I know a way we can escape! ", Brock said. " Onix can tunnel a hole out of here " He released his Onix and the snake started digging. He dug at an angle, so they had to climb Onix's back. Soon they were home free. " Whew!! ", Derek said. All of a sudden, a whoosh of air went by, and a large Pokemon went by soon after. " AERODACTYL! GET 'EM. " Brian took out his Pokedex.

" AREODACTYL, THE PREHISTORIC POKEMON. THIS POKEMON LIVED LONG AGO AND NOW ONLY FOSSILS OF IT HAVE EVER BEEN FOUND. SCIENTIST SPECULATE, THAT IT HUNTED PREY BY BITING THE PREY'S THROAT WITH ITS SERATED, SAW-LIKE TEETH. SOME SCIENTIST BELIEVE THIS POKEMON CAN BE CLONED. "

            Jason stepped forward. " Go Kingler! " The bird swooped down. Kingler got in a Crab-Hammer attack, but it was also hit. Jason then tried a Stomp attack. Missed. After a Vicegrip attack, Kingler was finished with a Sky Attack. " Go NINETAILS! " Jason started with an Ember attack. The fireball was on target. Then he followed up with a Fire Spin. The tornado of flames spun Areodactyl out of control. He hit the side of the cave, but got back in the air quickly. It used a Hyper Beam. Ninetails was down. " Hey Jay! Aerodactyl's type is Rock and flying! " " Rock, huh? Go VENUSAUR! " Venusaur started with a Razor Leaf attack. It did little good. The big, flying reptile then countered with Take Down. Aerodactyl was a strong Pokemon, Jason thought, but he must be very weak by now, with that Hyper Beam and Take Down attack. Jason ordered a Solarbeam attack. Direct hit. Aerodactyl fell to the ground. The Rocket recalled Aerodactyl, and with a puff of smoke, she disappeared.
