Yesterday, there was a ceramah UMNO near my place. The guest of honour is Rais Yatim. Interesting. What have we done to deserve his visit I wonder. So I decided to have a go. My husband unfortunately or fortunately depending which way you look at it decided not to because he was afraid he is going to puke. It was supposed to start at 9. I went there around 9.30 but the ceramah still has not started yet. A tent was set up. And seats were provided. I can see some youth wearing BN's outfit. One of them seeing me said " kak masuk kak! dalam banyak kosong lagi!" . I wanted to laugh but decided to say "ya ke? kenapa kosong ni dik?". He did not response. I supposed it was so obvious why. Takde Siti Nurhaliza... hehehe. The ceramah started with ADUN Mr Ismail Kijo. I thought to myself..so this is the guy that representing my area. How come I never seen him before? Was it because now he feels that his seat is no longer secure? Next was Rais Yatim himself. Rais said Ismail Kijo appologised to him because the ceramah "ala kadar sahaja'. Meaning not so many people were there. Rais response was "kalau ada 2 org pun saya tetap bagi ceramah". Elok lah tu Datuk..... I left in the middle of the ceramah after hearing Rais said he was not totally agree with Dr M. Good for him.
