- 1. Order-letter to patent attorney of Lithuania, containing:
- name and address of applicant;
- list of goods or/and services expressed according to
International Classification of Goods and Services;
- brief description of trade mark with translation (if possible)
of word mark into English;
- priority date, country and number of the first application, if
convention or exhibition priority is claimed.
- 2. Power of Attorney duly signed and sealed (if applicable) by the applicant
(may be supplied within 2 months after the filing a communication on appoitment of representative).
- 3. Specimen of trade mark, or 10 photographs/prints sized
8x8cm, or 10 labels (originals).
- 4. Regulations for use of collective mark signed by all associates
(may be supplied within 3 months after the request of
examiner).
- 5. Certified copy of the first application if convention priority is
claimed (may be supplied within 3 months after the filing
date).
- 6. Certificate of official or officially recognized international
exhibition body, if exhibition priority is claimed (may be
supplied within 3 months after the filing date).

- name, citizenship and address of author(s);
- title of invention;
- priority date, country and number of the first application, if
convention priority is claimed.
- 2. Power of Attorney (in original) (may be supplied within 3
months after the filing date).
- 3. Detailed description of invention with patent claims (in
English, German, French, Russian or Lithuanian) referring to
bibliographic data of prior art.
- 4. Drawings (where appropriate).
- 5. Authors' Declaration (jointly with Declaration about transfer
of rights, were appropriate) (may be supplied within 3 months
after the filing date).
- 6. Certified copy of the first application if convention priority is
claimed (may be supplied within 3 months after the filing
date).
- 7. Certificate of official or officially recognized international
exhibition body, if exhibition preferential term is claimed (may
be supplied within 3 months after the filing date).

- 1. Order-letter to patent attorney of Lithuania, containing:
- name and address of applicant(s);
- name, citizenship and address of author(s);
- title of industrial design;
- priority date, country and number of the first application, if
convention priority is claimed.
- Power of Attorney (in original) (may be supplied within 3
months after the filing date).
- Photographs or graphical pictures of design:
- a) Photographs of sample, of model or of drawing of design or
its graphical pictures:
- black-white photographs or graphical pictures, not bigger than
10x14 cm and not smaller than 8x8 cm:
- - 7 photographs of good quality or graphical pictures of
the general view in a light neutral background
characterizing the design at its best;
- - photographs or graphical pictures of other views, if it is
necessary to convey a more precise idea of design, 3
photographs for each view;
- 3 additional coloured photographs or graphical pictures of the
general view, if coloured industrial design is filed.
- 4. Authors' Declaration (jointly with Declaration about transfer
of rights, were appropriate) (may be supplied within 3 months
after the filing date).
