"CERES VINES ENTANGLE!" This is Sailor Ceres's basic attack. She needs no items to preform it. It is similar to the Venus Love Chain in that it tangles opponents and makes it impossible for them to move.
"CERES TREMBLE!" This is Sailor Ceres's Power Attack (to be compared with Venus Meteor Shower). She needs the Ceres Power Key to preform it, but not the Ceres Emerald Jadestone.
Sailor Ceres kneels with one hand on the ground, the other above her head, holding the Ceres Power Key. She grabs a handful of dust then flings it into the air, standing while the dust clouds vision. When the dust clears, she brings the key in an arc downward and discharges it into the ground. A ripple earthquake then streaks towards her opponent.
"CERES COSMIC POWER!" This is Sailor Ceres's Ultimate Crystal Attack (to be compared to Cosmic Moon Power). She needs the Power Key and the Emerald Jadestone to preform it.
Sailor Ceres is bathed in green light. Suddenly there is a bright green ripple and when it clears, Terra is standing in her Princess dress. She holds the wand out from herself and uses her body to focus the power of the stone. When the power magnifies itself to the point when she has trouble controlling it, she discharges it and it takes the form of a compact green energy beam with massive destructive powers.
"CERES VEGETATE!" This is Star Powered Sailor Ceres's Attack (to be compared to Mercury Ice Storm Blast). She uses her Ceres Star Wand (complete with Jadestone) to preform this attack. It shoots a beam of green energy and a glowing vine at her opponent, and if the opponent is weak enough, has the capability to turn it into a plant.
"CERES LIFE RIPPLE!" This is Super Sailor Ceres's Attack (to be compared with Mars Flame Sniper). She needs no items to preform it.
Sailor Ceres stands with her feet together, her head down, and her hands out, palms down. She absorbs energy from the ground and then brings them up and folds them together, like she's praying. She then raises her head and throws her arms wide sending a green distortion at her opponent that can cause the regular cells in its body to become cancerous and multiply rapidly. She can also reverse such an attack.
