History and Personality:

Luttra Mobius shows up one day in Serena's class at school. She's a kind hearted and vivacious girl who immediately bails Serena out of trouble by explaining early socialists to her Luttra shows up again shortly thereafter when her identity as Sailor Infinity is revealed to the other senshi, David and Darien through a slight miscalculation.

Luttra has spent most of her life (which is time untold) guarding the time-stream from trespass by outsiders. The Time-stream's Senshi have never had to actually defend the Time-stream, but should need arise . . .

In the time stream Luttra never gets to have any contact with her sisters. As the youngest of the senshi outside of time, she is charged with guarding the beginning of the time-stream. Her sisters are always very far away from her and she has no other company besides Sailor Keeper occasionally (and she's not exactly very sociable). Because of this Sailor Infinity is lonely a great deal of the time. When she is not lonely, she is generally asleep.

As the youngest, Sailor Infinity is also the least jaded of the three sisters. Her sisters generally do not care to become attached to people in any specific reality. They have been emotionally hurt too many times to try any more, while Infinity never seems to give up.

Infinity flees the time stream most frequently because she is lonely. Not only does she get to be with people when she's away but it also gets her the wanted attention of her sisters. For her it's a win-win situation. After all, the only ones there are to reprimand her are her sisters who love her too much to do anything drastic.

Luttra cares very much for any friends she makes, and any friend she makes is a friend for life (which for Luttra is a very long time). She will endanger herself to protect her friends, even against overwhelming odds. Strangely enough she seems to have made friends with Sailor Keeper (who knew she had time for such things?). She apparently showed so much undying loyalty to Keeper on one occasion that Keeper gave her the power to summon her from the time bubble at any moment, unconditionally. Keeper has more trust in Infinity than she does in both of the other sisters.

Items:

Sailor Infinity has two items: her pendant and her harp. The Infinity Pendant is what she uses to transform into Sailor Infinity, although she's generally always in Sailor form. The Infinity Quantum Harp is used in all of Infinity's attacks.

Attacks and Powers:

Infinite Sleep!: This is what Sailor Infinity/Luttra says to catch a person or group of people out of time. The people are placed in a state of suspended animation until Luttra releases them. This will not work on others with heightened abilities (like Sailor Senshi).

Infinite Power, Make Up!: This is the phrase Sailor Infinity uses to transform. It begins by Luttra raising her pendant into the air and shouting her henshin phrase. It follows the standard from that point. Her transformation utilizes pink and gray colored smoke.

Infinity Charming Harmony!: This attack can put anything painlessly to sleep immediately. Infinity simply strums a few chords on her harp and a melodious sound fills the mind of her target. This can be extremely effective at incapacitating large groups of enemies.

Infinity String Pluck!: This attack is based in super string theory See the FAQ for more information. Infinity holds the harp above her head and then plucks a string. The vibration from the string gets louder and louder until finally the enemy ceases to exist. His atoms (or sub-atomic particles were shaken into a new alignment.
