Note: I use all organic produce. You can substitute veggie
cheese, mayonnaise, rice pasta, whatever you would normally use. But I'm going to jump up on my soapbox for a second and say
Please, ladies, think about what you are buying! Really watch for GMO's and buy your dairy and eggs without hormones!
Cook 1 box large pasta shells according to directions. Rinse
in cold water. Add 1 box frozen peas 1large chopped tomato, 1block cheddar cheese cubed salt and pepper to taste and enough
mayonnaise to moisten. Chill and enjoy. I LOVE the way the peas pop in your mouth.
