CHEESIE TURKEY

A small list of ingredients:

Cooked turkey/chicken,

Cut up, cold mozzerella and/or other cheeses(stringy is good)
Assorted cheese loving veggies, cooked, cooled and well drained,

2 tubes crescent rolls or 1 package grands biscuits,

Left over gravy (cream of chicken soup works).

Note: EVERYTHING HAS TO BE COLD OR THE CHEESE WILL BE WATERY AND THE ROLL DOUGH WILL BE SOGGY!

Preheat oven to the temp indicated on the Crescent Roll Dough Package.

Make gravy using turkey or chickenstock (or use cream of chicken soup)

Debone the bird.

Mix cooled bird pieces (as big or small as you want) with shredded mozzerella (I use equal amounts-yum-or your favorite cheese[s]). Pick a pan, and make sure you have enough mixture-round casserole dishes arebestm since the corners dry out. Line the bottom and sides with crescent roll dough (pinch holes to seal), then fill with mixture (you could put cooked and cooled veggies, like broccoli, too). Top with more crescent roll dough, pinch or crimp to your desire, add designs--whatever makes you happy. Bake until lightly golden, add more shredded cheese(s)and give 1/2 turn part way through the baking process. Bake until cheese is lightly golden but gooey. Let it sit for a few minutes.

Top with gravy, serve and enjoy!
