Remember that anything you post to our message board is public. You never know who's reading it, or who may copy it and spread it around. Don’t put your real name, address, phone number, etc. in your messages.

The Watercooler -- this is where you can post a general "Hi, how are you?" or discuss anything on your mind. Questions and concerns are always welcome in this folder, although we do have a Questions folder, as well, for this purpose.

Welcome Wagon/Introductions -- this is a special place for new members to check in and introduce themselves. We love having new people join the board and look forward to seeing posts in this folder often!

Questions -- this is where members can voice their questions and concerns regarding unassisted pregnancy and childbirth, or anything parenting-related, for that matter.

Members' Updates-- this is a place where the members can pop in and give updates on themselves, their pregnancies, new babies and families. We also like to see members post their websites and website updates here if they have them, so we can place a name with a face.

Birth Stories -- this is where members can share their birth stories with others.

Product Review -- this is the folder we use to review products such as birthing kits, books, kids toys or just about anything and make recommendations to others regarding what to buy and what not to buy.

Pregnancy/Mothering Journals -- where Moms and Moms-in-waiting can post their thoughts, dreams, hopes, feelings, fears, concerns and anything else that crosses their minds. We suggest that if you want a journal, you start a thread and when you want to add onto your journal, you just need to add onto the original thread, rather than starting a new one.
